I thought it would be pretty challenging to etch my own champagne glasses, but I thought I’d give it a go! The plain ones, like bridesmaid and groomsmen with just the pictures are very easy. You simply put the label on the glass, use the Popsicle stick (press down very firmly) and then pull the back part off to allow the blue part to stay on. Put some tape around it, put the etching cream on, wait a minute, put it under water and rub off! Unfortunately, the bride and groom ones with the dates were a bit more challenging. The are more elaborate and difficult to pull the backing off and still allow the whole blue part to stay on. The dates are pretty tough to align properly. Keep in mind, you can overlap any blue part you need to, just make sure to not overlap the other part. I think it would’ve been easier if I realized to overlap it instead of trying to perfectly set them next to each other. Overall, if you are trying to save money and do something nice for your wedding party, this is a good product.
